Mother's Day Gift Tags (free printable)

Are you looking for a simple Mother’s Day gift idea this year? Do you need to make several Mother’s Day gifts (including Grandmas!) and need something quick and easy? Maybe last-minute? Use these free Mother's Day gift tags to dress up a container full of chocolate kisses that will make Mom’s day!

Mother's Day Hugs & Kisses Gift Tags (free printable)

With Mother’s Day just around the corner, I put together some fun “Hugs & Kisses for Mom” printable gift tags to pair with a jar (or bag) of chocolate kisses. There’s a version for Grandma too!

Here I mixed Hershey’s Hugs and Hershey’s Cookies and Cream Kisses in a jar and tied on a printable tag with some coordinating baker’s twine. I also made a purple version of the tags to go with the Dark Chocolate Kisses.

Add printable Mother's Day gift tags to candy-filled jars.

To get the look pictured here, I used a regular size canning jar and added a white mason jar lid I ordered online. (The regular lids can be dressed up with a little washi tape if you prefer.)

Add cute tags to chocolate-filled mason jars. Great Mother's Day gift idea!

Fill the jars with Hugs and Kisses! What an easy sweet (and chocolate!) treat!
Don't have a jar handy? You could also tie the gift tags to bags of chocolate kisses, similarly to how I tied my "You're the Koolest" printable Valentine's Day cards to drink pouches.
Happy Mother’s Day!
