Back to School Apple S'mores

Hello! Can you believe it's Back to School time already? Our oldest headed back to college today and the other two start school tomorrow.

I came up with this quick sweet and salty treat in honor of the season. They'd be fun at any fall event, maybe even after a day of apple-picking:)

Supplies Needed for Back to School Apple S'mores

• Large Marshmallows
• Red Candy Melts
• Ritz Crackers
• Pretzel Sticks
• Green Fruit Roll-Ups

Melt the candy coating according to package directions. Dip Ritz cracker tops in melted red candy. Let cool on wire rack or wax paper. 

Prepare stem by wrapping a leaf-shaped piece of Fruit Roll-Up around a pice of pretzel. 

To make the s'more, place 1/2 of a large marshmallow cut-side down on a plain Ritz cracker. Heat in microwave until it puffs. (Mine took 11-12 seconds in a 1200 watt microwave.) Add a stem and top with a candy-coated Ritz cracker.

Cool and serve:)
